Done it last week, South terminal Cebu to Sibulan... 6 hours. plus 1 hour wait for the ferry, then trike to Dumaguete.
That's one-way surely!
Wife and I went on the overnight ferry from Duma-Cebu. Went business class lol. (Cokaliong) Cost P1100. Won't recommend it.
