I stayed at this hotel when first came to Dumaguete. The staff were very friendly and helpful but if you need a safety deposit box for valuables this is not the place to stay. They do offer boxes but won't accept cash to be deposited into them and the box is just kept behind the counter and not secured in a safe. The restaurant was just opening when we stayed there but we did enjoy complimentary breakfasts that were adequate at no extra charge and the menu seemed fine. We ate there several times and the food was always good but we didn't have any pizza as the oven was still being built when there. Now that I live here will have to try again. Note very limited parking for cars as is in prime location downtown catty-corner to the Cathedral and across from the Shell gas station. Note the elevator only goes up to fourth floor and then you have to take the stairs to the top floor where the restaurant is located. Also smoking is available on the outside balcony only.

Whilst i am in a reviewing mood I thought it would be rude of me not to put my comments in, mainly because it is in my little families top 5 places to visit and eat. We find the menu varied, to all our tastes and the food well presented in the main. The prices are in the frame. When you get used to the Order to Table time you will understand that this place is getting popular among Local and Foreigners alike. My daughter enjoys it there because she feels it a cool place to be for a Teenager. Providing the music from the Top Deck is at a decent level the Ambiance is good. We go fairly Regular and I have to say I am Impressed most times. Very rarely do you get the over bearing large table noise but many local families eat there on a pretty regular basis and the behaviour is acceptable. I feel it is safe for the kids as long as they don't Wonder off into the lift area, I have seen the better behaved children here and that is nice. Not always running all over the place, the Parents seem in the main to be respectful of others.
All in all I think this venue will go from strength to strength, once again my only criticism is the Bar staff, who sometimes do not pay enough attention to the tables and I feel they can miss out on that all important customer service angle.

With some Communication from Dustin to the Hotel Management I feel this could also be a good Town venue for a DI Meet.
