1,300 helmets readily available for 30,000+ motorcyclists

I just bought a "Chinese Bread Toaster" with an ICC sticker on it,, now if i am real carefully peeling it off....... Good to go,, i will not divulge the name of the store i bought the toaster in as this piece of sh*t will probably burn out in the next week and i'll be looking for another one.. also the wife's helmet doesn't have the sticker so maybe we gonna be giving someone a toaster for Christmas..minus the sticker of course.O-|

 

Only part of the sticker peels off, leaving the piece in your hand full of the words "void"

 

What are Chinese bread? How are they different? Can the toaster toast anything else?........like bagels perhaps?

 

If those stickers are security types, it will take a special process to remove them "cleanly". Try it, most likely you will just peel off the surface layer and leave most of the adhesive attached to the original surface.

 

My guess is the retailers here will not pass up the opportunity to make as much as they can selling as many helmets as they can, and will have sufficient stock. The Chinese and Korean traders will not leave money on the table. The larger question is can the majority of people here afford to buy. Quite a conundrum (a difficult problem).

 

This government is way over-legislated, to the detriment of the poor masses.

 

If one can afford to buy a motorbike, even with a down payment and a monthly returning instalment, you should also able to afford yourself a helmet same like you have to buy gasoline and once in a while change oil, filter, spark plug, have a flat tyre repaired and so on. But I am aware for most owners of a motorbike the purchase of an helmet is the bottom requirement. That still leaves the question, is the law to be implemented yes or no. Wouldn't be surprised that during the first 2 weeks of August many road checks and then because of so many critics it decrease and finally stops with an exception for the weeks before Xmas to get some extra tea money.

 

I am sure they can afford to buy a helmet. I have spoken to many locals who seem to think being forced to buy a helmet is against their rights, thats why they don't wear one.. I am sure you have seen all the local bikes with anodized rims, loud exchausts, stereo's etc but can't afford a helmet.. your kidding..
