Oh wow. That's just a bad idea. They are going to have so many false reports. I will certainly be much more reluctant to make friends with locals.

 

There are a few people on my sh*t list. If they keep it up I might just have to have immigration check up on their status....immigration can keep their 2k pesos.

But really, who do they think they are fooling? Immigration is NOT going to get off their butts and leave their air conditioned office to go find some foreigner that is a couple months over their extension date. The only way that this will be enforced is if someone was stupid enough to p*ss of a connected local.

They say that immigration and law enforcement can't collect......but what about their wives/children/cousins? BoI officer goes through the paperwork and finds names/addresses from paperwork and hands info to family....split profits. Too easy.
