    Brian, get there at 7.30am and you may be in Luck BUT... it is a 3/4 day turn around, Come back So and so for your Passport and OR, OK if you don't need you passport for anything else like a Police or Immigration Check
    Against all rules of our Embassy's BOI have an Agenda :rolleyes:

    Dumagiete does not process the 13a visa,only tourist visas. Cebu is your nearest office. Located at j-center mall, mandaue.
