    Lol allow everyone from any third world country free entry to the US? They would come and never leave. I'd rather be poor in the US than middle class in the Philippines. If the US ever allowed that it would only be a couple years before the country would turn into a third world sh*t hole.

    When I spoke to an immigration attorney in the US about 4 years ago, I was told the the Philippines was the number two country in the world for fraudulent immigration issues with the US Immigration services. Some country in Africa I had never heard of was number one. Most fraudulent situations were coming from ladies who brought in "their children" which was turning out to be any child, relative or neighbor, who the parents wanted to have grow up in the US.

    I am not inferring anything is fraudulent in your case, just that the Philippines does not have a good record with US Immigration regarding fraudulent claims, which may cause you to have a few more headaches than you want.
