Dear Commissioner Repizo:
I would like to request a "correction refund" for the PHP 240,000 I had to pay to obtain a U.S. Permanent Quota Visa 5 years ago when my work visa expired. My ex-wife also was charged the same and you can send me her refund, given the funds came from our divorce (my money too). As an attorney, I am sure you are honorable and will want to correct the f'n corruption the commissioner's office has had in the past.
Upon receiving the full refund, we can then discuss a refund for the trips I had to make to the Manila and Cebu BoI Offices because your Dumaguete office cannot handle simple requirements.
Please remit to the Robertson Dumaguete LBC Office. PM me when you are ready to send.
Respectfully, Pato (if you agree to this)
Bite me, Pato (if you are the same as your predecessors)

Sorry to disappoint you, but I don't think those two words "common sense" are in the Filipino dictionary..........:D-

Another chief = another vision. Another vision = more rule changes. Don't expect anything to settle down anytime soon. Hopefully the changes that are coming use a bit more common sense.
