The fast food chain must have offered more money. These are the reasons the country won't see more foreign investment. You can't trust the people you are doing business with to honor contracts......and the courts won't uphold them either.

On a side note: this landlord should be very careful, the family that owns that pawnshop franchise is an extremely powerful one. The property owner had better hope they don't get involved in this spat.
