    It's a hotel. Across the street from the fire station near the boulevard. Big, yellow and green, has underground parking. There is a view deck/bar at the top of the hotel. When I went I was not impressed with the food and it was crowded but it was very cheap. It's been over a year since I've been though.

    OK..After reading about this place..... I thought it might be nice to take My woman there as sort of a surprise for lunch...Was really surprised at the view ... outstanding........ Elevator trip up...... Made me think of Vegas....Very clean.... good service.... Bartender made me a White Russian 130p .... was good..... had a Bacon Cheese Burger 100p... quite good...and she had Liempo with the crusty skin (Chimmy Changa)...bill was 480P with her Mango shake...Was really cool....They have a stage there but I don't know (did not ask) if they have live band there....Will hit it again...

    off topic a bit A group of us aussies had lunch at the CL Bay View roof top , every one injoyed their meal and the cost, the view of duma was great, once we got the music turned down a good time was had by all
