The drivers are working hard to win hearts and minds today, will it work? Enforcers are hidden along the roadside threatening any drivers left working.
Why not protest the tricycle owners for a better rental rate, and to fix the decrepit dirty units with no mufflers and screaming brakes? Not to mention the 'ground effect' curtains installed on all sides, sucking carbon monoxide into the cab? Is that what's addling their brains?
