Well, I have run 3 different businesses here in the Philippines. One company with 25 people working for me. I think I know the lay of the land here. If you want some advice from someone who has actual experience PM me here. My business was all geared towards SEO.

Hi Folks, thanks for your responses here.
I have found what I am looking for and am really very happy. I've engaged a local BPO and have been interviewing. I have two strong candidates and it is all looking very promising.
And of course Dumaguete and its surrounds have been very enjoyable, needless to say we will be back here regularly.
Thanks Candianized, sorry for the late reply and thank you for your offer. I will PM you.- Like x 2

You post is a bit vague on exactly what advice you are looking for (neither of your posts has a direct question in it). Do you want to know how to start a business, hire employees or find an outsourcing company in Dumaguete to provide you with employees/labor?

Employing a Local/National is not as easy as it sounds if it is a Proper Employment. Even Domestic Workers now have Rights and the DOLE Regulations can be obscure at times but have to be met correctly. Where Filipino workers are concerned, you may be watched very carefully.
Anyway have a look at this link and I guess you will see where I am coming from!
