This is good information for the areas of analysis he looked at. It took a little observation time to figure out his system. I then realized that he was comparing everything to New York City data. Since I have no more desire to be in New York than living in the slums of Manila I realized what he was talking about when comparing other countries. The Local Consumer Price Index graphic was interesting because it represented much higher level of income areas.

It should be noted that his analysis did not include social concerns like safety, language, types of predominate religions, possibility of being bombed by terrorists, ratios of woman to men or personal value concerns (like the Philippines where prostitution is outlawed.. ). I think you need to take into consideration all these areas also, as well as just have the "shoes on the ground" experience. Perceptions of places or things change after experiencing them in person... I remember this lady I met on line and then I met her in person... Oops off topic.... again.
