    d*mn sugarcane trucks dragging all that mud on the roads and not covering the load letting it fly all over the place......the list is long of people they have pissed off.

    Seems like an appropriate title would be "No ‘culprits’ Caught in grass,
    sugarcane field fires or "We don't give a sh*t who started the fires"

    There surely is someone responsible .... oh... but wait... in the Philippines no one is responsible for anything. :wink:
