Yes, we visited together one time, in 1998. I can see it has changed quite a bit since then, but I loved the place, especially escaping the city out in to the provinces.
Thanks much for having us. We are currently living in California, and I say currently as we are looking at early retirement options, and my wife Eda's former home of Dumaguete, specifically the Valencia area is a strong possibility in the next 5 years or so. We are planning a trip, likely next Jan-Feb (2016) to spend some time there and check out possibilities for buying land, or renting/buying existing property.
