I have said the same myself Roger, that Race relations in the USA are the worst in decades. I do not believe its because African Americans are mistreated by police more often. I believe this situation is manufactured. Most likely by the government, perhaps race hustlers (Al Sharpton, Jessie Jackson, etc.), or perhaps , "the big string pullers," whoever they are. I saw a story on the news immediately after the Baltimore riot story aired the other day about how a woman (white) is suing Transit police because she was drunk and disorderly and ended up smashing her face into the concrete while the cops controlled her. Normally this story would not have made the news but now this and similar stories about how some of the most professional law enforcement officers in the world are vilified by our news media as Racist pigs...it's frightening. Why?
Look closely at these cases. Ferguson, Missouri in large part rekindled the "let's burn our cities fad" and it was discovered that it was all manufactured. The whole lot of it! It was a justified shooting.
Events where men are killed by police while in commission of their duties are unfortunate, but when you look at each of these cases the men killed in general are responsible for evoking a forceful response from the police, their death of course is unintended.
What Ike, JFK, and others have warned us about real.
Is there a conspiracy thread somewhere on here? Lol...

    Hahaha..interesting take.
I have worked emergency medical services in three large California cities for over 20 years.
People die in police custody. It's just a fact of life. It crosses all racial lines and happens for a variety of reasons.
Racist bigoted cops targeting Blacks is very rare amongst the ranks of Law Enforcement personnel.
They are just by and large a group of true professionals.
Shame on our government and media to portray them like this. To incite violence and race war. To set our society back and undue years of progress so many have worked so hard for, and some gave all for.
    I want their f_ _ _ing heads!

It is a real shame that the US appears to be regressing back to the 60's and before, when racial problems reached a peak between the white Americans and the African Americans. I don't think the US people have the answer to fixing the problem that they caused themselves when they brought all the slaves over from Africa. Similar problems occurred in Africa between the whites and the blacks, it was called aparthied, now that is over, on the surface anyway, there still is unrest there, originally caused by the way the whites treated the blacks. Perhaps my post should be slipped into the controversial section ? The first settlers from Britain to Australia did not treat the local Aborigines very well also in a lot of cases, but fortunately it was not bad enough to cause problems to the same extent.
