Took a visit upto Valencia a couple of days ago with Dave and imp to the new coconut oil processing plant, we were shown around the plant and was interesting to see how all this was done.
Pic 1 guys removing the husks, they do approx 800 each a day.
Pic 2 these guys were cutting the nuts and do approx 2000 day each
Pic 3 removing the meat from the nuts
Pic 4 coco husks waiting to be turned into coco choir
Pic 5 Dave next to coco choir and a pot holder
Pic 6 finished product waiting to be shipped to the u.s
    Pic 7 company logo
We were not allowed into the factory due to hygiene reasons but you could view through the windows.
They pay p8 for each nut and it takes 8 nuts to make 1ltr of coco oil!

The area is in liptong if you go past the cementary you will eventually see liptong school on right side. On left you will see a sign for Valencia agricultural office, follow the track down and you will see the coco plant.
They make cold pressed coco virgin oil, and a few other coco products, from the choir they make door mats, plant pots, rope etc.
they are about to expand and increase their workers from around 40 to 100 when the new build is finished.

Edited to say you drive through jawa and come into liptong where the plant is.
