There are many waterproof pouches available online, but I would not vouch for the quality. Have you thought about buying a Kodak disposable underwater camera ( Kodak Philippines - Buy Kodak Cameras, Printers & Accessories | Lazada.com.ph before splashing out ( forgive the pun ) on something expensive. There are many cheapish underwater cameras on this site also.
