Phew, just got my permanent 13a visa in the nick of time. 27th February.
Doors opened 8am, got my card 4.30 pm. Long day, the guy who signs the visa turned up very late, also got the Annual report done, So not got time to travel back and catch the last ferry back to Sibulan.

Went to Dumaguete BoI for the Annual report and the lady on the desk said I need to register my card with the BIR website, VUA immigration. Has anybody else had to do this? 2020.

Jim you only do this on your First Report as Permanent 13a they give you a number, Print it and show it to the lady, then you are on the Reporting System :bag:

Huh? Register a 13a marriage visa I-card with BIR? Never heard that before. Are you here working as well?

No, apparently if it's your first time to do the annual report you have to register your 13a card with the BI. Ah now I see it, I put BIR instead of BoI. Well spotted Sir.

I had to do this as well as it was my first annual report. Came as a surprise, but only took 5 minutes to do. Need to have yours and partner's passport details to hand.
