My Philippines driver's license has now expired, but since half the Filipino drivers around here don't have a license either, I have just put off renewing mine ... I am moving back to the US in late November, so I am not even going to worry about it.

I am thinking that my car license plate tags / OR are out of date too, but that's just something else I have lost interest in.

I should not have an attitude like this, but the longer I live here, the less I really care about stuff like this.

Last year we purchased a automatic scooter for the mrs in March, we managed to get the papers in around 3 months and also got a temp plate number.
Well yesterday went to get a smoke test done and lo and behold the temp registration does not exist on the lto website.
So who's fault is this, the lto or the motorcycle dealers, I will say we have chased up the dealer on several ocassions for the new plates and to get it sorted but as we all know the usual answer is sorry sir no plates yet! Anyway after 3 calls to the dealer yesterday I eventually got a call back this morning to say they will look into why it's not registered on the lto website and will call back later. Mind you this was after I mentioned the dti and the general manager of the brand of motorcycle!
No doubt this is not going to be solved overnight but we shall see.

My pickup was around the same price when I did it in February, the bike was around p1700 which included p100 for change of venue and was a couple month late and was not fined.
