    Yes it is Franchised Local Company. Funny thing about the Philippines, No one will complain, My wife worked as a security guard at Lee Plaza and her company took one half her salary and after working 10 hours, she did not have enough to by a hamburger. She says no one complains because they don't want them to come after her. Philippines live in fear of BIG BROTHER.

    I think we all feel for these people being wronged here and the labour laws. The government give no help,if you get sick it's hard luck!
    We are lucky we were born on the right side of the world and got an education and a well paid job,that's why we are here now.
    I will also say there are those who don't give a sh*t and will cheat and rob if they can but you can usually tell who's who.
    Some of them really don't help themselves, sometimes in life people need to make a stand for what is right.
    It seems to be the larger companies who use their employees and pay the authorities to do nothing when a local complains.

    I found out all and I do mean all, fast food chains do this. Next time you go in a fast food chain, ask the person serving you "Are you a trainee."

    I doubt very much that WU are even interested or aware of the bad practices of their franchisees. As long as they are getting their revenues it will continue.
