I didn't know there was a drinking age in the Philippines. The x-wife's 5 year old son used to go pick up a bottle of Tanduay at the local sari-sari store next door for me. They always sold to him.
Mr. Carlos should go have a look at the local discos and see many minors are in there. Kinda hard for the bars to check IDs when so many locals don't have one/can't afford one.
