    I may be able to help here very soon, I need to confirm with a Civil Engineer and Hmmmm my Wife, if I can actually tell what I know.
    These two people and some others of Authority in Sibulan were invited last week to a meeting called by the Dynamic Development Corporation ( Lee Plaza Group of Companies) to put into place Findings on various things with a connection to this Thread. So in a few days I may be able to tell you a little more of what may or may not be happening. lets just say "Watch this space.":thumbsup:
