Mindanao - The four suspects who raped and murdered a 14 year old girl in Marawi City, were found shot dead. The police of Marawi City announced yesterday that the 14 year-old girl was on 14 August found dead near an abandoned hospital. The four perpetrators Jabbar Rikta Macacua, Elias kamote Pimping, Salman Udag Sambitory and Jalil Alilit Sani, were arrested early Sunday and detained in prison in Marawi.
They confessed that they raped and murdered the girl.
Since no one filed an indictment against the four,the suspects were released on Monday at 21:00 clock, 36 hours after their arrest,
A group of strangers had the four murderers picked up and taken to the village Bayang, Lanao del Sur, the residence of the vice-governor of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Haroun Al-Rashid Lucman where they were found dead early Tuesday with head shots.
