How much of a challenge are you up to as I have a small holding in Sam Miguel Bacong which has a small house, 2 pig styles large barn for cattle and a couple of thousand square meter garden area in need of some TLC.

Mid range decent apts are very hard to find at the moment, lots of badly managed local ones where nowt ever gets done.
Plenty in the 20-30k range about but too expensive for most long term residents.
There is also the supply and demand issue here,a lot have upped the prices big time over the last year or so due to demand.

I've been told that the rentals are very hard to come by right now. I'm going to start looking for a new place myself if this water problem doesn't get resolved soon.

:roflmao: Sorry Steve but I really can't see any takers on this, let it run as it will maybe be a warning to anyone picking up on any Advert for it. :jawdrop:

No place for farming, but 2 2.5 BR 3 CR apartments now vacant behind the abandoned Buckyard on Locsin St, P15k. Very pleasent staff, office in lobby of building with VMOBILE banner by Foundation High School. Also have seen rental ads farther out on Larena Drive.

the neighborhood we've been renting in for 3+ years has gone thru some major ''audio'' changes in the last 6 months and it's time for us to pull up stakes, so...

the little woman and our 5 free range chickens, chemical free garden, compost worms and myself are looking for a long term rental.

maybe i'm asking for too much but we prefer:
    - a secure house in a quiet area (few if any LOUD sound systems, loud parties, road noise, unmuffled motorcycles and the like).
    - electricity and water
    - garden area
    - internet and cell service

perhaps you need someone to finish your house while you're away or have a vacant fixer-upper...
among other adventures, i worked in and around the trades in the usa most of my life and i can do most anything to usa code/specs. i'm not looking for a job but i DO have this nagging ''gotta fix something/make something'' bug and i'd be happy to scratch that bug by working on your place for the cost of materials...

    my assets:
    - jack of (most) all trades tho i have zero welding and minimal concrete hand work and block experience. i've done a fair amount of concrete form work.
    - plenty of remodeling and new stick frame construction.
    - alternative/natural material construction (log, post and beam and the like.
    - electrical and plumbing to code in the usa
    - 10 years cabinet, door and window shop.
    - designed and upgraded a rainwater catchment system at our present rental.
    - lifetime natural gardener/farmer.

any leads will be much appreciated!
please PM me or post here and i'll PM you....
    norm : ))~
