    OK! Firstly I did say that if your I card was in force it would be a Free thing obviously it was out of date so yes you will need to pay for that That is a requirement any way after your 59 days. Secondly I did say If you have been in the Country for 6 months and over and Not applied it would cost, there will always be some grey areas yes? Obviously you have not yet. So yes lets see what they say on your next extension, It should be a free thing for your ARP and no further Payment. Your Icard will have to be a new one ARP or not.
    Fines etc will be levied at those that have been her over 6 months already, As you have not on this Trip you go back to square one and you will be doing the compliance they are asking for. The extra 100 peso is for the new visa Sticker they will put in your Passport and yes it is a new Photo each time and they say it has to be in the Last 3 months but I never did. Always used up the batch of those I had.
