This smacks of bola to me. It beggars belief that slash burning millions of hectares of land releasing smoke plumes over half the Pacific can not be hazardous to health - and no-one in the Phils wants to hold anyone in Indonesia culpable either. This is an environmental disaster make no bones about it. My inner tree hugger is livid.
