Agree. It is also important to note that, regardless of what a PNP officer/chief tells you, it is illegal for a foreigner to shoot a gun, regardless if it is licensed to your gf/wife. For a foreigner to shoot a gun he must first have "possession" of the gun....and it is illegal for a foreigner to have possession of a gun.
You can try to find ways around this but they are not legal in any way and you could face a world of hurt if you do end up shooting a gun as a foreigner.
Very simply put: foreigner+gun=fine+prison+deportation+blacklisting

Foreigners cannot own a gun but a gun can be on the premises. For example my g/f has a gun registered to her and it is in our place and out in the open. She can also carry it around with her in her purse. If however, I were alone I could not own a gun nor could I have it on my premises or my person. Legally that is!

If he is guilty of child pornography I hope he gets to spend a long time becoming familiar with the inside of a Filipino prison cell with fish heads and old rice for dinner for the duration of his stay.

He doesn't give a sh*t about laws anywhere, including those of his original country. But he does like his guns and porn.

It seems from the stuff they found in his residence he obviously gives zero shits about the laws of the Philippines. As silly as it is, dildos/sex toys are not welcome in the Philippines. If your lifestyle requires you carry around a 12" dildo the Philippines isn't for you. If he felt he was in so much danger than he needed a pistol and shotgun maybe he should be living in that area. Foreigners cannot own guns here, if you can't accept that then find a safer place to live or p*ss off back where you came from. They should add a couple years to his sentence for him being such an idiot.
