I hope not. He has harmed many young mens lives in Angeles. He also was part of some child molestation ring back in England and was part of some political campaign to legalize it I believe but am unsure of all the details. Yes, he has or had many contacts at one time and was an officer in the catering service. But, times are a changing internationally and several international laws of which Britain is a signatory have passed since the 1970's and 80's. Perhaps this deviant will finally get what he deserves and the children of Angeles can sleep safely again. That is my fervent hope anyways!

MANILA, Philippines – The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has announced it will be implementing a list of consolidated rules for deportation proceedings this coming Nov. 9th, 2015.
Based on the new rules, a ‘regular’ deportation case shall be resolved in 60-days, on average.
Atty. Elaine Tan, BI spokesperson, said the new rules are contained in Memorandum Circular No. SBM-2015-010 and will be implemented after it was published on October 24th.
Officials said that while the rules are not exactly new to the bureau, they say that the system has been ‘regularly observed.’
The Omnibus Rules of Procedure of 2015 now have “specific” time frames for every office to process each step in the deportation proceedings.

Agreed. He had been arrested multiple times for molestation but always managed to pay off the families so no charges were ever filed in the PI. IMPO he left the PI voluntarily so that the possibility of returning at some future date is still a distant possibility. If convicted in Bristol he would serve time and then I believe forfeit his passport also due to new regulations about pedophiles. If anyone is familiar with UK rules please chime in.
