    I wonder how many people died or were injured in traffic accidents in Negros Oriental. This doesn't seems to get much coverage, as it would bring into question the enforcement of law.

    I lived in
    I lived in the murder capital of Canada (Thunder Bay). The murder rate per capita was the highest in the country. A whopping 12 murders per year with a population of 120,000 people. The murder rate in Dumaguete seems to be about 50 times higher.
