I could not understand why mine was cheaper but I see that I had no Certificate fee for 1000, there was a 250 re issuance fee since I had an ACR card already. The only other thing that is wrong is that they charged me a "Head Tax", when according to my lifestyle this should be 0.00, of course I guess they would not take my word for that so they charge it anyway.
