Good idea if people posted their 'top 10 eating places' in Dumaguete (or very near). I would happily collate the information and see which ones are most highly rated; also compare it with tripadvisor's ratings. I have not been here long so have only eaten at Lantaw (other than some fast food). I like it so go there once a week usually. Their halo halo is superb (but recently went up from 65p to 75p .... an astounding 15% price rise when local inflation is about 2.5%).
