    As it stands right now the discount only applies to Pinoy's. Even though they break the law all the time i'm sure if a foreigner gets caught asking for the discount they will be at least asked to pay a small gratuity to the apprehending officer.

    $10,000 dollars is the minimum amount if you are receiving a pension and at retirement age. They younger you are and especially if you have no pension the amount can go up to $40,000 dollars.
