    2010 census listed Dumaguete at a shade over 120,000, so 2/3's is a pretty good voter turnout if all registered votes show up at the polls to collect their money!

    One place I know they are collecting the Bio data for voting is at Robinson's mall. My partner did hers there couple of weeks ago and it was pretty simple and straight forward. It took her about 30-45 minutes to complete and she got a receipt that she was registered. You can check Robinson's Mall for dates and times for collection of Bio data.
