There is no appointment date required, unlike last year. Just turn up with your document copies and QR code and wait your turn there at BI.
2024 Annual Report anyone? No appointment needed this year, just a reference number. There's even a "virtual" option this year. Personally- I will just show up since I have my doubts regarding on-line submissions. https://e-services.immigration.gov.ph/
Online registration for the lotto here requires name, address, phone number, email address, TIN number and monthly income - I can see reasons for that but it also looks like a tax-gathering database!
