Palming a bullet and slipping it in a bag would be very hard to see on cctv. They need to force the airport security to do what dealers at casinos are forced to do. Swipe open hands together, spread fingers then show back of the hands and then the palms to the camera before they ever touch a bag.

 

Supposedly an American got caught with a bullet a couple weeks ago to but he threw a fit, told then all to FO and then walked out (and went in to the Finish Line and told everyone what they tried to do). True or not I highly suggest that people be very careful going through the airport in Dumaguete now.

 

If CCTV cameras did not show that the bullet was planted, it surely does not omit that the bullet could have been planted at an earlier point off of camera!
