I thought we were just remembering where we came from, and why we came from there, because the cost of living got out of hand due to ever rising wages and prices. Where would we go when this place gets too expensive to live due to rising wages and thus rising prices?

I suggest it is a better solution to keep wages and prices both low so the workers can afford their needs and we can still afford to retire here.

Another reason for the high turnover rates might be the poor work ethic in the Philippines. I'm sure they have a hard time finding employees that show up for work every day of the month (that they are supposed to work). I'd fire the whole lot of them and find replacements as soon as I could too if they always had excuses.
