    -Dumaguete: Buñao , Pulantubig, West Bantayan.
    -Valencia: Balili
    -Sibulan: Agan-an, Ajong, Balugo Bolocboloc, Cangmating, Looc, Maningcao, Maslog, Poblacion, San Antonio, Tubigon and Tubtubon.
    -San Jose: Basak, Basiao Cambaloctot, Cancawas, Janayjanay, Jilocon, Naiba, Poblacion, San Roque, Sto. Niño, Señora Ascion (Calo), Siapo, Tampi and Tapon Norte.
    ■ Feeder 3
    -Dumaguete: Amigo Subd., Bantayan,Capitol Area, Claytown Area, Daro, Lo-oc, Piapi, Pulantubig, Purok Kalubihan, Silliman Area and Villa Amada Area .
    Reasons:
    NORECO II will conduct a new 3-phase circuit to separate the areas of Bantayan, Piapi, and Looc from Feeder 3 and will also conduct clearing of vegetation along the scheduled affected areas.

    Thanks. Looks like I will be going to Sibulan (spelling?) to Mei's (spelling???) just past the airport runway turn right (if driving towards the ferries), follow the road all the way till you can only turn left and go maybe 100 yards/meters it's on the left. By the way very good food, cold beverages and decent pool table for those so inclined (I love to play for fun).

    Maybe this copy is a little clearer. Looks like the brownout is hitting pretty much everywhere. I bet Robinsons is loving that, business is always booming for them during brownouts!
