    Tartar sauce is pretty easy to make in a pinch. Depending on which kind you prefer, you can use sweet relish or dill relish, lemon juice, Mayonnaise & onions. Probably would taste better than store bought.

    A few months ago I bought a frozen 3 or 4 kilos U.S. beef filet from Belcris. Not bad, we cut it up but I think it would make a terrific roast beef, at least for here.
