This year our group met and decided to have a change of venue for our Anzac day (the same as we do for our monthly meet ups ) i received nasty tx,s from the man that has organize the event at Andys gardens for the last 6 years accusing me of getting a kick back from flip flops for having the event at flips, i think that was a low act and not at all in the spirit of Anzac. Mr Anonymous i am just the messenger of our 15 strong group , so what if there is 2 Anzac celebrations every one can choose were they want to go. no need to start ww3

I'm not sure what this is all about and it seems there might be better places to discuss these problems than on a forum (such as: in person)......but, if it is going to be brought up here it won't be done while hiding behind anonymity. :meh:

Everyone is free to open a new events thread to let others know where the venue for their Anzac Day event will be. Event threads should be posted in the Dumaguete City forum. An "Events" prefix is available when creating a thread in that sub-forum.

Separate Anzac Day events should have their own threads. Thread starters for different events should avoid posting in the other user's event thread if it cannot remain civil or there is some sort of personal problem.

    Thread locked.
