The people 2 doors up got a pit bull puppy i have seen them with other dogs and they should never own a dog (if you know what i mean) its now 3/4 grown, today it got out and killed a big puppy that was in the lane at side of our house it only took it 3 minutes and no one could get it off the pup, small children play there thank god it was one of them. the woman who thinks she owns the street never bothered to say sorry to the pups owner she got in her car and drove off. moral to the story if you are going to tie a dog up inside your front with no shade and most likely no water if ever he gets loose you can be sure he will have a lot of anger to release.

 

Whenever my dogs used to bite someone, that person would go straight to the hospital and ask for rabies injections and bring me the bill, which I always paid (even though I knew my dog was vaccinated and the only reason for biting was because I said "don't do that" to the human who "did that" and got bit). My dog bit me a few times as he was an alpha male and I kept him around for that reason. We butted heads from time to time but he knew who was the boss.

So my guess is that the times other people went to hospital to get shots got recorded and the times the dog bit me did not.

 

I have to agree. I like dogs just fine as pets but all the strays are a serious problem and to me a stray is a dog that is outside without an owner next to them so I really don't give a rats a$$ if people come complaining they killed their dogs which weren't on a leash or in their own yard.

However out of who knows how many dogs I have come across here in the Philippines I have only ever seen one that appears hostile. When I hear of a dog biting someone the first thought in my head is wtf did they do to the dog.
