    Yeah. I know him casually as he lives just up the road from me but I have sent him emails on two different occasions and he does not reply. I strongly suspect he has enough business to keep him more than active so if you need the treatment then you should actively seek him out.

    Here are the GPS co-ordinates to his home/office. He has told me in the past that he does not do "walk-ins" but I see no reason why you could not drop by and ring the bell to ask for an appointment.
