Col. George Ylanan, 2nd in command at Cebu City Police, has just reported to Mayor Tommy Osmena the arrest of one Michael Florida, the #1 Most Wanted person in the entire Region 7.

Florida is the known leader of a robbery gang that is responsible for the robbery of MyGold pawnshop in Colon, E-Bingo branches in Mandaue and Dumaguete, and at least a dozen more high-profile robberies. George and his team tracked Florida all the way to Linamon in Lanao del Norte and will be bringing him back to Cebu later today.
