Not sure about now..... but Lisa at the Finish Line Cafe located in the airport used to sell them by the kilo. Homemade and very good. Try there if all else fails.
Not so hard to make but need to maybe watch a video. Can't go sharing my recipe that I use for the business or the lady will beat me up again but its dirt simple. Not going to find any decent ones otherwise probably. I have in the distant past however bought a dozen from Marlow at Taco Tayo or Tommy at Paco's Taco's but I don't think neither make a regular business of it.
I will say this though, a LOT of the flour you get here is crap. Get the stuff in Yan-Yan in the red bag, much better then the crap you buy in LP, Robinsons, or Hypermart.
