    Unfortunately, all my rides are motorcycles. Condolences to his wife and friends. I hope the police can find the guy(s) responsible.

    Anything at this point, unless coming directly out of the mouth of an investigator or prosecutor that is actively involved in the case, is pure speculation and hearsay, and if they are still investigating/processing evidence I highly doubt they are divulging full and complete information to much of anyone that is also not part of the investigation. I'm sure the victims friends and family are being somewhat kept up to date and/or trying to piece it together from questions/actions taken by the investigators but if (one or more) of the suspects happens to be in one of those two groups I suspect the authorities aren't going to be giving out any hints.

    Best not to put too much weight with what anyone claims to know. Let the process, which can be very long and tedious, run its course.

    I am loaning her a laptop until she leaves as the police are holding their stolen/recovered laptop as evidence. Their cell phone was also stolen and I don't have an extra one to loan them. If someone has an extra cheapo Android phone kicking around that we could load Google Voice/Hangouts on, that would be awesome. Just PM me and I will arrange to pick it up. Thanks.

    You are seeing Filipino Justice system in action. The cases just disappear. This has got to be one of the best countries in the world to murder someone, as no on is brought to justice. That is the Justice system the UN wants to be used here with drug dealer/users, etc

    More than a month later -- as a friend of theirs I am wondering -- is there any update on this tragic case? Any news of an arrest being made? Any info or even fresh theory about WHY this happened.....? I still feel sad when i remember it. :frown:

    Just moved half a dozen posts out of this thread that ignored the request quoted above made earlier in the week. Do it again and their will be warnings and reply bans issued to those who comment on off topic posts and forum privileges restricted (possible temporary forum bans) to the person who makes the first off-topic post. I'm not f*cking about here, don't test me on this one.
