Does the person need to be good in all of the games you mention above? Where do you plan on playing games? Will this be a nighttime activity that goes well with alcohol or are you looking at something a bit more serious and starting/joining leagues?
It appears you aren't in the Philippines at the moment....are you just out on a visa run/vacation?
