    Oh no, the police requiring people to follow the law and fining those that don't. What an unheard of thing! That would never happen in any other country. :meh:
    It was released on his official Facebook page and he has posted, reposted, translated to Bisaya and broken it down with infographics Barney Style. If it was premature and not yet reviewed his staff has gone through an awful lot of trouble posting it to his FB page. I'm not aware of any official Degamo Twitter page either. The "official" NegOr website hasn't been updated in quite some time (over a year if I remember correctly). His FB page is about as official as you are going to get here. Sounds like what you read on Facebook was just wishful thinking.

    Sure, if you ignore the official page of the governor then I guess there is some doubt on what is going on and what is expected.

    I got a tummy full of beer yesterday at one of my favorite bar/restaurant while enjoying the view of the ocean with about 25 of my friends.

    Valencia-Dumaguete road had a checkpoint. Helmets, shoes and masks were required. Not sure if they were checking IDs for age. I saw a trike driver getting a ticket on the boulevard and another vehicle with a lot of police around it doing something.

    I just saw that Bohol has recognized that 24/7 lockdown will make life difficult to impossible for some seniors. Governor Yap has allowed them out of their lairs on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week to forage. I’m sure that came after some complaints, not as the result of unprovoked contemplation on other people’s problems.
