    No experience with USAA, but figured I'd chime since no one else has yet. I have an account with Navy Federal for my retired pay and they have the best customer service I've come across as banks/credit unions go. You can set everything up on-line, no need to physically go to a location. I'm big on customer service and these guys fit the bill.
