End of story. Apple's 10.2 which I am on has a bug. Release 10.3 (work in progress) will fix the bug.

Brian Oinks That's Mr. Pig to you Boy! :) Highly Rated Poster
I run a Facebook page back in Oz and a guy (Chinese I assume) posted on the page, maybe some of this advice/info will be of benefit to some Apple users who are following this thread;

Dear all, there are many people selling phones and tablets online. Many buyers claimed the Apple Devices can not be used as iCloud locked. Only small amount of iCloud locked devices can be bypass activated, even got bypass activated, the GSM function will not work, only can use as an iPod.
Before you swapping or buying, please check the devices with icloud server: www.icloud.com/activationlock
If it shows iCloud locked, please ask the sellers to remove the iCloud first.
Also, IMEI blocked is another common problem, you can check the IMEI no. on: www.lost.amta.org.au
*P.S. just found 2 posts selling iPhone yesterday, the Phones were iCloud locked, sellers claimed the screen didn't not work but factory reseted. Factory reset WILL NOT delete iCloud linked, iCloud locked status is saved on cloud server.
For details, you can contact Apple.-

Probably what you're looking at is something like what is being described in this article.
How to kill the evercookie and supercookie, the cockroaches of tracking
If the presented options in the interface won't get rid of it, then there may not be much more that you can do. I could probably go spelunking through the files and remove the actual files which hold this info, but I'm not sure it's worth the bother. This thing that you are seeing probably isn't doing enough to warrant much concern.
I bet deleting your user account and creating a new one would get rid of it though. Is it worth doing that? I suppose that depends on how much it's bugging you.
Malwarebytes probably won't do much for you.-

You could try the steps in this article.
How to fully reset Safari on your Mac
Personally, I would setup everyone with their own accounts and sign out when I'm done with my session. It's an extra step to sign in, but I wouldn't want anyone messing with my user settings, including browser activity.-

I don't understand what your browser history has to do with having an account on the site. It seems like someone used the computer to look at porn and didn't clear the browser history. Any other males in the house? I'd be keeping an eye on my debit/credit card statement for awhile.-
