Scuds, about one click away from Hypermart towards Valencia, I had my windows tinted there about 2 weeks ago with 3m and am very satisfied.

Try Ramen Glass downtown Dumaguete across the street from the police station. I had it done there about 5 years ago and they did a good job. Used 3M brand which is good. Don't go too dark though as it's too hard to see at night. But stick with the 3M product. I had the windshield done only for about 6 or 8 inches down.

Sure ... I had the two front windows stripped and re-tinted with 3M for 1500 peso, it would have been 1000 if I used the house tint... hope that helps

Totally Agree here, I went for the damask which is 1/2 way unlike Charlie I went the whole thing mainly because of the Areas we travel and the sun angles varying so much at times & can I add, the time of day you travel-
