    If the amount is less than 100,000 pesos you can go through the small claims system where neither side is allowed to have legal representation. We used this successfully to get back a tenancy bond of 30,000 and surprisingly it took less than a month. You need to get the forms from your nearest courthouse and maintain your cool at all times. It costs about 5,000 to file but you can claim the costs over and above the claimed amount.

    You could be starting a battle that they have already won. This is from their site and its just the beginning of the list of reasons they can refuse service for. You may be better off writing to their head office with a polite request. Philippines is not really a litigating culture. You should also realize that a judge will give the benefit of the doubt, if any, to a filipino over a foreigner. If you even raised your voice at the check in counter that can be construed as unacceptable behavior as I showed in bold text.
